Artisan Baking Resources was founded in 2003 by Bakery Consultant Michael Eggebrecht. The primary objective of this small company is to share knowledge with-in the artisan baking community and to be a support system to its many customers and clients.  We primarily do this through Consulting, but we have also expanded into joint ventures with some of our better clients. From bakery design and layout to on-site training and recipe formulation ABR can assist in many areas for the new and already established bakery. 

Artisan Baking Resources also acts as the West Coast Division for the WP Bakery Group. The WP Bakery Group has an East Coast office in the US and its main factories are primarily located in Germany. This close relationship brings new and exciting opportunities to ABR while ABR is able to offer real bakery experience and hands on knowledge of the equipment that the WP Bakery Group sells. ABR is not a dealer of any equipment and only offers to be a liaison between the customer and this fine equipment manufacturer. 

Since 2003 Artisan Baking Resources has been a part of numerous bakery openings and designs. We like to focus on our strengths such as product quality, training and efficiencies of production but we also offer full turn key solutions with the support of the WP Bakery Group.
