Artisan Baking Resources was founded in 2003 by Bakery Consultant Michael Eggebrecht. The primary objective of this small company is to share knowledge with-in the artisan baking community and to be a support system to its many customers and clients.  We primarily do this through Consulting, but we have also expanded into joint ventures with some of our better clients. From bakery design and layout to on-site training and recipe formulation ABR can assist in many areas for the new and already established bakery. 

Artisan Baking Resources also has close relationships with many bakery equipment suppliers and can help bakeries choose the best route to go when looking for new equipment. Our specialty is helping take a hand made product with a high labor cost and finding creative ways to automate artisan bread. 

Since 2003 Artisan Baking Resources has been a part of numerous bakery openings and designs. We like to focus on our strengths such as product quality, training and efficiencies of production and we also offer full turn key solutions as well.
